Common questions

Straight answers before you invest.

What is a mutual fund?+

A mutual fund pools money from many investors and invests it through a professionally managed portfolio under a stated objective.

What is NAV?+

Net Asset Value is the per-unit value of a fund after accounting for its assets and liabilities. Offer and redemption prices may differ from NAV.

Which fund is right for me?+

Start with your goal, time horizon, liquidity needs and ability to tolerate loss. The risk-profile guide narrows the field; the Key Fact Statement explains the product.

Can I invest online?+

Yes. The official investor portal provides digital account opening, registration and login routes. Eligibility and documentation requirements still apply.

Are returns guaranteed?+

Mutual-fund returns are generally not guaranteed. Fixed-return or plan names do not replace the need to read the offering documents and understand their terms.

How do I redeem an investment?+

Use the official investor portal or the published redemption form and submit before the relevant cut-off. Processing and settlement depend on the fund and applicable rules.
